1. Routine maintenance-after each operation
1. Rinse the hose and filter connected to the detergent to remove any detergent residue to help prevent corrosion.
2. Turn off the water supply system connected to the high pressure cleaning machine.
3. Pull the trigger on the stem of the servo gun to release all the pressure in the hose.
4. Remove the rubber hose and high pressure hose from the high pressure cleaning machine.
5. Cut off the connecting wire of the spark plug to ensure that the engine will not start (applicable to engine models).
Electric-type:
Turn the power switch to the "on" and "off" positions four to five times, each for 1-3 seconds, to purge the water in the pump. This step will help protect the pump from damage.
Engine type:
Slowly pull the engine starter rope 5 times to remove the water in the pump. This step will help protect the pump from damage.
Second, regular maintenance --- maintenance once every 2 months
1. Regularly removing fuel deposits from the fuel storage tank will prolong the service life and performance of the engine. Fuel deposits can cause damage to fuel pipes, fuel filters, and carburetors.
2. When not using the high pressure cleaning machine, use the Karcher pump protection kit (9.558-998.0) to protect your high pressure cleaning machine. The pump's protective suit is specially used to protect the high pressure cleaning machine from corrosion, premature wear, and freezing, etc. And apply lubricant to the valve and sealing ring to prevent them from getting stuck.
Electric-type:
1. Turn off the high pressure cleaning machine.
2. Disconnect the high pressure hose and servo gun rod from the pump.
3. Connect the valve to the pump protection tank and open the valve.
4. Turn on the washing machine; suck all the substances in the tank into the pump.
5. Turn off the cleaning machine; the high pressure cleaning machine can be stored directly.
Engine type:
1. Turn off the high pressure cleaning machine.
2. Disconnect the high pressure hose and servo gun rod from the pump.
3. Connect the valve to the pump protection tank and open the valve.
4. Ignite the ignition and pull the starter rope; suck all the substance in the tank into the pump.
5. The high pressure cleaning machine can be stored directly.
Three, matters needing attention
1. When operating the high pressure cleaning machine: Always wear proper goggles, gloves, and masks.
2. Always keep hands and feet away from the cleaning nozzle.
3. Always check all electrical connections.
4. Check all liquids frequently.
5. Frequently check the hose for cracks and leaks.
6· When the spray gun is not in use, the setting trigger must always be in a safety-locked state.
7. Always use the lowest pressure possible to work, but this pressure must be sufficient to complete the work.
8. Before disconnecting the hose, always release the pressure in the washing machine.
9· Always drain the water in the hose after each use.
10. Never point the spray gun at yourself or others.
11. Never start the equipment before checking that all hose connections are locked in place.
12· Never start the equipment until the water supply is switched on and the proper water is allowed to flow through the spray gun stem. Then connect the required cleaning nozzle to the spray gun rod.
Note: Do not leave the high pressure cleaning machine in an unsupervised state during operation. The pump will run in bypass mode every time you release the trigger. If a pump has been running in the bypass mode for a long time, the high temperature of the circulating water in the pump will shorten the service life of the pump or even damage the pump. Therefore, avoid running the device in bypass mode for a long time.
