Precautions

3. For the new machine, please replace the original pump body sealing oil plug cover, and use the breathable cover in the accessories bag, otherwise the high temperature will not fall off and the oil seal will be burned;

4. After the first use of 50 hours, all the oil should be replaced, the oil mirror should be observed every day in the later period, and the oil should be added when the oil is insufficient. Change the oil every 300 hours or a year, which is generally determined according to the stability of the weather and temperature. SAE 15W-40 is used most of the time in the south; pressure regulating valve precautions

5. It is strictly forbidden to modify the structure of the cleaning machine without permission. Pressure regulation of cleaning machine: clockwise is to increase, counterclockwise to decrease, generally adjust from small to large, and can not exceed the maximum pressure regulation value of the machine. When the maximum is reached, it cannot be connected to the lower level. It is strictly forbidden to use the machine without water injection or to use it with dirty water;

6. Do not aim the spray gun at people, animals, power sources, etc. when cleaning, and remove the pressure of the spray gun when cleaning is completed;

7. The filter screen of the water inlet should be cleaned regularly to avoid impurities such as impurities in the water from clogging the machine. The cleaning water must be clean, otherwise, the check valve, plunger, seal, and pressure regulating valve core will be easily worn;

1. Check the pump and power connection devices and screws every 50 hours of work, and check the oil position every day;

2. Before maintenance work, remove all pressure from the whole system and cut off all power to drive the pump;

3. Do not use an air pump to blow off the water inside for a long time to prevent scale formation;
